Adagio recognizes the challenges aging and failing health can present to individuals and their loved ones. Our mission is to provide solutions for senior care, dementia care and guiding families through late stage of life decisions designed to provide peace of mind and enhance quality of life.

We provide comprehensive care management services, offering personalized support and guidance to individuals and families navigating the complexities of healthcare. Our services include:
- Care Coordination: We help manage appointments, communicate with healthcare providers, and ensure a smooth flow of information among all parties involved in your care.
- Resource Navigation: We assist in identifying and accessing appropriate community resources, support groups, and other services to meet specific needs.
- Advocacy: We act as your advocate, ensuring your voice is heard and your healthcare decisions are respected.
- Crisis Intervention: We offer support and guidance during healthcare crises, helping to de-escalate situations and find immediate solutions.
- Long-Term Planning: We assist with developing long-term care plans, including discussions about future needs, living arrangements, and financial considerations.
- Coordination of Advanced Care Planning: We assist in arranging time with healthcare providers to document personal values and wishes for future medical care when a patient can no longer speak for themselves. We also coordinate legal documents to provide peace of mind if crisis occurs.
Cost varies from a few hundred dollars to thousands for a retainer fee depending on the type of assistance needed. Monthly payment plans are available.

The actual Advanced Care Planning is a Medicare-billed service by a medical professional.

She is a Doctor of Health Sciences (Health Care Delivery/Public Health) degree whose studies include aging and longevity, fall prevention, long-term care for the aging, social determinants of health (SDoH), dementia care, making healthcare more affordable and others. She is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), Certified ROI Professional (CRP) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). The Adagio Center's team offers services through CarePatrol, a senior advisory firm that helps locate the most appropriate senior living and care, Adagio Center for Families guiding patients and their families with the right type of care and coordinating medical services and Adagio Center for Business, providing speaking and consultancy services for organizations serving the aging population.
